An experienced international senior executive and business consultant by background, Nadine Slater is an accredited Performance Coach and member of the Association for Coaching, promoting excellence and ethics in this field.

In over 10 years of a successful corporate and agency career in media & communications, Nadine has worked in seven countries with people from more than 15 nationalities across multiple industries. These include young high-potentials, creative product managers, target-driven sales and marketing professionals, tech-savvy media experts, effective communicators, inspiring leaders, successful business owners, experienced CEOs, Board members and Chairmen.

Nadine’s roles always had strong managerial, entrepreneurial, advisory and coaching elements with an overall focus on effective communication. She has helped people work together more productively and effectively by finding out and staying true to how they each worked at their best. By complementing their unique talents and helping them understand their motivations and different cultures, Nadine enabled them to perform even better together, often across multiple countries.

Establishing her own consultancy business and raising a young family, Nadine complemented her skill set by training as a Personal and Corporate & Executive Performance Coach with The Coaching Academy, which is at the forefront of the coach training worldwide.

Nadine’s personal coaching style is founded on integrity, authenticity and raising awareness.

She focuses on unlocking individual talent and increasing her clients’ performance through helping them gain the clarity, direction and focus they need to achieve their ambitions.
